DELIVERY We have delivery service available for our customers. Rates vary with mileage. The tool you rent must be returned as clean as you received it or a cleaning charge will be assessed. GENERAL INFORMATION GOLDEN RULE We try and treat all our customers as we would like to be treated if we were on the other side of the counter. We are sincerely interested in you having a good experience with any item you have rented from us. If you have a problem, please contact the store manager. We are interested in your long term, repeat business, and therefore desire to fulfill your expectations concerning the rental transaction. DAMAGE WAIVER As a service to our customers, a damage waiver will be included at 5% of the rental amount. Therefore, the customer will not be charged for accidental damage to rental equipment while under their care, custody, and control, up to a maximum of $100.00. There is a .25 cent minimum damage waiver charge on each contract. Abuse, negligence, theft, or missing items are not included and will be the total responsibility of the customer. |
